CERA Sports Baseball training The focus of the CERA Sports baseball training will be to focus on Specific mechanics in batting, fielding, throwing, and base running. The one major goal is to develop player instincts and understanding all while keeping the game fun. The training will be six-week sessions for beginner/intermediate players in age groups 6 – 8 and 9 – 12 and will help them learn the game of baseball.
Please Wear Shorts and Sneakers.
Classes will be held either in the CERAland gym or on turf field.
Please arrive 10 min prior to your training time.
Each session is 6 weeks long unless noted.
CERA Sports Basketball training The focus of the CERA Sports baseball training will be to focus on the technical and fundamental aspects of the game of basketball. The one major goal is to develop player instincts and understanding all while keeping the game fun. The training will be six-week sessions for boys and girls in grades 1 – 3 and grades 4 – 6 and will help them learn the game of basketball.

Classes will be held either in the CERAland gym.

CERA Sports Multi Sports class The focus of the CERA Sports Multi Sports class is designed for motor skills development where participants, ages 3 - 6, will be introduced to a variety of sports: soccer, football, t-ball, Basketball, Zumba, and kickball. Part of the class the players learn the skills of the game followed by game play. All classes will be is six-week sessions for boys and girls ages 3-6.
