Cummins Inc. Sub-contractor Membership
Any sub-contractor working on-site for Cummins Inc. is eligible to purchase a single or family membership for $200 annually or $18 monthly for 12 months using the CERA EFT payment plan simply by being sponsored by your Cummins supervisor and completing a Membership Application.
