Group Camping

Ceraland Park is the ideal location for group camping and rallies of all sizes. Surrounded by 345 acres of beautiful parkland, the campground has 324 stoned campsites complete with water, electric and 84 sewer sites.   In addition to the campground, you can enjoy a variety of other recreational activities all located within the park.

• 324 stoned campsites with water & 50 amp electric service
• 112 deluxe sites with sewer
• All sites are back-in only.
• Each site has one picnic table and one fire ring
• Dump station centrally located
• Three shower houses
• Laundry facility (coin-operated machines)
• 11-acre stocked lake
• All other Campground Rules apply.

Fees

One unit per site.

Scheduling

To schedule your event, please contact Beth Dawson at (812) 377-6401 or (888) SEE-CERA or email ceraland@ceraland.org.  A signed Group Camping Application or contract must be completed and on file in order to schedule your event.

All campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Individual site reservations are not permitted.  Ceraland staff will do everything possible to place your group as close together as possible, but cannot guarantee that the units will be side-by-side.  If this is a group requirement, you may elect to stay in the Group Camping Area (sites 270 - 325), however, sewer sites are not available in this area.

Registration & Check Out

All units must register during regular park hours at the Sports & Fitness Center. Check out time is 2:00pm. 

Special Request

The Marketing/Business Manager is available to assist with the planning of the event and should be notified of any and all special requests pertaining to your event (such as catered meals, entertainment, use of shelters, etc).

Pets

Pets are permitted with campers only in designated Pet Areas and Sites 102 - 325.

Internet Access

Located in the Sports & Fitness Center,  wireless access is available during normal hours.

Beverages

Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at Ceraland.

Catering / Event Clean Up

Ceraland provides complimentary trash receptacles, bags and trash pickup throughout your event. If you choose to use a catering service, CERA will charge an additional 15% clean-up fee for additional trash service and utility use.

Payments, Deposits & Billing

Typically a deposit is required with groups in excess of 100 units.  This deposit is due upon receipt of the contract or application. 

All camping fees must be paid by each individual upon registration at the Sports & Fitness Center.  

Cancellations

Please notify the Marketing/Business Manager of any cancellations as soon as possible.  All deposits are non-refundable.
