Group Camping

Ceraland Park is the ideal location for group camping and rallies of all sizes. Surrounded by 345 acres of beautiful parkland, the newly developed group camping area has 55 stoned campsites complete with water and electric. This area is reserved specifically for our groups to ensure that everyone will be kept together in order to enjoy your gathering to its fullest. In the event that your gathering requires more than 55 sites, our surrounding general campground boasts an additional 269 sites with water, electric, and some sewer hookups. In addition to the campground, you can enjoy a variety of other recreational activities all located within the park.

Fees

One unit per site.

Campground Rules.

Reservations & Scheduling

It is imperative to schedule your event as soon as possible. A signed Group Camping Application or Contract must be completed and turned into Ceraland Marketing/Business Manager in order to schedule your event.

All campsites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Groups are guaranteed to be placed on sites all together in the Group Campground area. The general campground sites are available for over flow only. For further information, please call 812.377.6401 or 888.SEE.CERA.

Registration & Check Out

All units must register during regular park hours at the Fitness Center. Check out time is 2:00pm.

Special Request

The Marketing/Business Manager is available to assist with the planning of the event and should be notified of any and all special requests and events pertaining to your event. Such as catered meals, entertainment, use of shelters, canopies, etc.

Pets

Pets are permitted with campers only in designated Pet Areas.

Internet / Modem Access

Located in the Sports & Fitness Center, access is available during normal hours for a fee of $2.00 per hour.

Beverages

Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at Ceraland.

Catering

All catered events will be charged 15% set-up/clean-up fee payable to Ceraland.

Payments, Deposits & Billing

Typically no deposit is required unless you will be utilizing a shelter and/or canopy. This would then be due upon receipt of the contract or application. The camping fees can either be paid by one check or each individual may pay upon entrance to the park.

Cancellations

Please notify the Marketing/Business Manager of any cancellations as soon as possible.
