Ceraland Park is the perfect place for a company or department outing / picnic. This event is open to any area companies! No Membership Required! Treat your employees to a day in the park, miniature golf, swimming, boat dock rentals, basketball, volleyball, softball, great food and much more!!! |

| Reservations |
If an exact date is important, it is advisable to reserve your outing date as soon as possible. |
| Attendance |
Generally, if the company is paying for the entire admission and/or meal, you can figure your attendance will be approximately 75% of the number invited. |
| Beverage |
Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at Ceraland. |
| Setup and Cleanup |
Ceraland will set up the event along with clean up after your event ends. Please note that all catered events will be charged a 15% set-up/and clean-up fee. |
| Camping |
Your employees are welcome to camp in our campground the night before and the night of your event. Ceraland campground has 324 sites complete with water & electric. Some sites are available with sewer hook-ups. The cost is $20 per unit with an additional $3 for sewer hook-ups. |

| Payments, Deposits, & Billing |
Typically, the deposit will consist of the shelter and/or canopy fee and is due upon receipt of the contract. If your total admission cost is over $1000, one half of that fee is due upon receipt of the picnic contract. The balance will be due upon receipt of the invoice. |
| Cancellations |
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the time frame set at the time the contract is negotiated. If reasonable notice is not given, a service charge will be applied and any deposit will be forfeited. Any commitment to hold a future function of similar value will bring a credit of the cancellation fee to your future event. |
Admission
| Admission and Facility Usage Bracelet |
This one-price bracelet includes admission and unlimited use of the miniature golf course, the disc golf course, the aquatic center, the rowboats, the paddle boats, and the canoes along with all the athletic courts and courses at Ceraland. It does not apply to coin operated machines or vending.

The Ceraland shelter houses are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for the day. You will have private use of our shelters all day. Listed below are the sizes and prices.

Don't forget to fill out a Group Usage form also. This is needed for all groups coming out to the park that have guests in excess of 10 people or more than 2 vehicles.
Catering
Ceraland can assist you in planning the meal for your event by providing catering information. There are two professional caterers which we recommend and have used for numerous events at the park or you may select your own caterer. You may choose from a variety of delicious menus or create your own. Please note that there is a 15% set-up/clean-up fee charged for all catered events at Ceraland.
If you choose not to have your meal catered, Ceraland has several large grills (36x28); which you can rent for $10 each. Please call 812.377.6401 for additional information. |
