Arrival Dates: Coaches should plan to arrive on or before Thursday, 9/28/17 between 8:00am – 9:00pm. All early arrivals prior to 9/28/17 should pre-register by calling (812)377-5849 option 2. Early arrivals fees will apply. Coaches arriving after 9:00pm will be parked in the staging lot until 8:00am the following morning. Directions: GPS:N 39* 09.730* W 85* 48.760* Traveling from Indianapolis, IN: Follow I-65 south toward Louisville. Take exit 76A to merge onto US 31S toward Taylorsville/ Columbus. Turn left onto Highway 46E. Turn left onto 525 E.
Traveling from Louisville, KY : Follow I-65 north toward Indianapolis. Take exit 50A for US-50E toward North Vernon. Turn right onto US-50E / E Tipton Street. Turn left onto US 31N. Turn right onto Highway 46E. Turn left onto 525 E.
Traveling from Cincinnati, OH : Follow I-75 north to Exit 4 to merger onto I-74W / US-27N / US-52W toward Indianapolis. Continue straight onto I-74W. Take exit 134A to merge onto IN-3S toward Greensburg. Continue onto IN-46W. Turn left onto IN-46W / IN-9S. Turn left onto 525E.
Traveling from St. Louis, MO: Follow I-70E toward Indianapolis. Take exit 69 for I-465S / I-74E. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-465S / I-74E / Cincinnati and merge onto I-465S / I-74E. Take exit 53B to merge onto I-65S toward Louisville. Take exit 76A to merge onto US 31S toward Taylorsville/ Columbus. Turn left onto Highway 46E. Turn left onto 525 E. Parking: Follow the above directions to our Front Gate. An attendant will greet you there and give you an entire Rally Packet with Name Badges, a Parking Tag (which needs to be placed on the rear-view mirror of the tow vehicle) and Activity Information. All units will then be instructed to pull into the main parking lot to disconnect all towables in order to be escorted back to your site. Please note that you must back into all sites unless otherwise noted as a pull-through site. Parking Together / Caravans: Unless previously requested on your registration, we will not be able to accommodate any additional special parking arrangements regardless of arrival date or with whom you are traveling. All previous requests will be honored and sites assigned accordingly. Site Assignment:You will receive your site assignment upon arrival. These assignments are strictly enforced and not negotiable regardless of arrival time, etc. Mail Forwarding:Those desiring to have mail forwarded to the rally should use the following address: Your Name c/o CERALAND PARK ATTN: Come Home Rally 3989 S 525 E Columbus, IN 47203 Refunds:Requests for refunds must be sent in writing / email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 10/12/15 in order to be considered. No refunds will be given after that date. Fresh Water / Dump:Both are available onsite in the campground. Propane:Propane is available offsite at Gilliand Trailer Sales, 2710 N SR 9, Columbus, IN 47203. (812) 546-5432. Dumpsters:Dumpsters are located throughout the campground and park. Please do not leave garbage outside your coach. There is no coach-to-coach garbage pickup. Internet Services:Free Wi-Fi Services are located in the park. Please note that the Wi-Fi is designed for checking email and browsing the internet. High bandwidth activities such as downloading, streaming, or gaming are not supported.
Hospitality / General Information: Campground Hosts are located within the CERA Campground on Site 255 for your convenience and assistance with any matters that you might have while staying onsite. In addition, there will be hospitality areas set up during the rally at the Registration Office.
Security: There will be roving security during nighttime hours. However, we recommend that you take proper precautions to lock up your coach, car & carts if not in use. For any security issues between 9p – 5a, please call security at (812) 377-5849 x 108.
First Aid / Emergency: There are AED’s and First Aid kits located at the Registration Office and Maintenance Building. All Park Supervisors are AED certified. For all emergencies, please call 911 and notify the Park staff at (812) 377-5849 x 100 between 8a – 9p or Security Staff at (812) 277-5849 x 108 between 9p – 5a. Nearest hospital: Columbus Regional Health, 2400 East 17th Street, Columbus, IN 47201, (800) 841-4938.
Weather Alert / Safety Locations: CERA Management / Security monitors the weather at all times. In the event of bad weather, the Campground Hosts will be notified and will then travel throughout the campground making the announcement to seek shelter if necessary. The safest facility is the Registration Office.
Non-Licensed Motorized Vehicles: CERA Management will allow the use of Non-Licensed Motorized Vehicle use ONLY from 9/28 – 9/30 without an additional fee. Any usage before or after the rally will need to apply for a permit for $10 per day. .Please take caution when operating said vehicles around pedestrians and use proper lighting when necessary. Safety First!
Service Requests / Service Area: Cummins Crosspoint will have parts and service representatives on-site from late morning on September 29th through the end of day September 30th to provide general maintenance and minor repairs on a first come first serve basis. You are also welcome to call the Indianapolis branch to make arrangements for more extensive service at 317-244-7251. Prompt "2" for service.
Tours: Bus service will be provided to you for all tours during the rally and will pick-up and drop-off in the main parking lot in front of the Registration Office. Please be aware of the dress code restrictions attached. Anyone in violation of these rules and requirements will not be allowed to go on the tour(s) for safety reasons. These rules are strictly enforced by all facilities. All tours are walking tours. Due to the size of our group, the facilities are unable to accommodate any individual assisted walking requests.

Cummins Tech Center – Columbus 1900 McKinley Ave., Columbus, IN 47201
The Technical Center is responsible for the creation and application of technologies for component, subsystem, engine and total system product development to meet future emissions and energy efficiency demands. To accomplish this, Cummins uses the most advanced analysis led design tools, virtual simulation, experimental analysis and full system testing to provide innovation you can depend on.
Some other research areas of interest include: Combustion research Catalyst technology Finite element and dynamic analysis Hybrid powertrain research Fine measurements Build/tear down area Air and fluid labs

Cummins Engine Plant – Columbus 500 Central Avenue, Columbus, IN 47201
The CEP tour is a look into Cummin’s first venture into Light Duty Diesel with the Cummins 5.0-liter V8 Turbo Diesel for pickups. Cummins and Nissan announced the availability of the Cummins 5.0L V8 Turbo Diesel engine in the next generation Nissan Titan.
This is a brand new tour option and has been exclusively offered for the first time to our Cummins Power Club members for this event.
When you arrive you are required to watch a 4 minute safety video prior to entering the plant.
Safety Glasses, Vests and Steel Toe Shoes are required for all tours and should be worn the entire time during the tour. CEP will supply safety glass, vests and steel toe slip-ons.
No smoking is allowed. Cell phone use is not permitted. Cameras are not permitted.
Cummins Seymour Plant – Seymour 800 E Third Street, Seymour, IN 47274
SEP has been in operation since 1976 and was opened as an upfit center for V28 and N14 engines. In 1985 & 1986, the V903 and K19 assembly lines were moved to Seymour. In 1993, a joint venture agreement with Komatsu (CKEC) was reached to manufacture 30L engines. In 2010, it was announced that SEP would be the new home of the High Horsepower Technical Center and the Hedgehog (QSK95) assembly line. SEP’s engines V903, K19, Q19, QST30, and QSK95 are used in the following applications:
Power Generation Mining Industrial Marine Oil and Gas Rail/Locomotives Agriculture Military As of 2013, the Seymour Engine Plant facility is over 476,000 square feet and houses nearly 550 employees and located on approximately 51 acres. Current expansion of the facility will increase the footage to over 589,000 square feet, housing approximately 1,100 employees.

Cummins Midrange Engine Plant – Columbus 2700 W 450 S, Columbus, IN 47201
This plant produces the 6.7 liter engines for Chrysler and Freightliner Dress Code: Steel toed shoes are NOT required for the general tour (must stay within marked aisles).
