3-on-3 Basketball League (Outdoor)

Cornhole League

Teams (3 person max per roster) will play a best out of 5 series two nights a week for six weeks. Leagues will be played by the CERAlanding Shelter House (behind Boat Dock).

Cricket Club

The Columbus Cricket Club (CCC) in association with Ceraland Park welcomes participants in this unique sport. Registration and organization of members and matches is done through the CCC. Matches are held on Saturdays or Sundays. Practices are held on Thursday evenings. The club is open to everyone (no Ceraland membership required). Club dues are paid directly to the CCC. Flag Football

Ceraland Park is hosting a Flag Football League. The league is a competitive league for adults ages 18 and over. Games are played on Sunday afternoons at Ceraland Park. Teams consist of 7 players with a maximum of 12 players on the roster. The league is open to everyone (no Ceraland membership required). Sign-up a team or join a team by calling Derek Huffman at (812) 377-6415. 2008 Registration begins in March and the season begins in April. Fall season registration begins in August.

Fees: $180 per team plus $10 for each non-member.

Test your skills with some friendly head to head competition. CERA is pleased to offer all leagues from one great golf course, Otter Creek.

Beginning Golf will teach the basic golf skills. Topics covered will include the grip, stance, alignment, and review of golf rules and how to practice your new skills on your own. If you have never played the game, or have been away from the game for a while, this is a must!

Are you a golfer looking for a way to lower your score? Are you already past the Beginning Golf class? Then Intermediate Golf is the class you need. This class will focus on lowering your score and making you a better golfer. It will show you how to improve your swing, improve your putting and improve your overall course strategy.

Group Lesson Beginners Clinic

This is a chance to get tips from Otter Creek Golf Pro. Key topics covered will be club grip, stance, and alignment.

Rugby

Ceraland Park is now the home of the Columbus Rugby Football Club. Drawing players from Columbus North and Columbus East High School, the club competes in the Indiana High School Rugby League under the auspices of the Indiana Rugby Football Union. In 2007 the club expanded to include a Junior High School team and a High School Girls’ team which will share the facilities here at Ceraland. The local season begins the first week of February, with an overnight lock-in at Ceraland, where new players are introduced to the game and also get a chance to meet future teammates. Internal training and practice then commences, where the focus is on conditioning, team building and basic skills training. The season match schedule begins in March.
