Affiliate Corporate Family Membership
If you have a son, daughter, mother, father, grandmother, grandfather, grandchildren, brother or sister that is a current CERA member through their place of business, you are eligible to purchase an Affiliate Corporate Family Membership for $300 per year (single or family) or $27 monthly for 12 months using the CERA EFT payment plan simply by being sponsored by your CERA relative and completing an Affiliate Corporate Family Membership Application. You may select to either have your cards mailed directly to you or available for pickup at the Sports & Fitness Center. Affiliate Corporate Family Memberships will be valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The applicant / family member must be sponsored by a current Ceraland member that is enrolled through their place of business.
The sponsoring member and applicant must bring the completed form to the Ceraland Park Office. The sponsoring member must verify current membership by presenting a CERA membership card. If a sponsoring employee cannot be present, a signed application will be accepted upon eligibility verification.
Note: The sponsoring member does not need to be present anytime after the initial application has been approved.
